Privacy Policy

Effective 12 June 2026. Think Legal India ("we") collects only the information needed to deliver the service you request: your name, contact details, and the documents required for government filings (PAN, Aadhaar, address proofs, business records).

How we use it: preparing and submitting your applications to government portals (MCA, GST, Income Tax, FSSAI, DGFT, Trademark Registry and similar), communicating with you about your order, and sending compliance deadline reminders you opt into.

What we never do: sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use your documents for anything beyond your engagement. Documents are shared with empanelled professionals (CA/CS/Advocate) strictly for filings that require their certification.

Storage & retention: documents are stored securely and retained while your engagement is active and for the statutory period required for filed records, after which they are deleted on request. You may request a copy or deletion of your data anytime at shivajithwork@gmail.com.

This website itself stores nothing you type: the contact form opens WhatsApp with your message — data goes to WhatsApp/Meta under their terms only when you choose to send it. We use basic analytics (page views) without selling or sharing personal profiles.
