These terms govern your use of Think Legal India, a private facilitation platform operated from India. By purchasing any service you agree to them.

Scope of service: we prepare, draft and file applications and returns based on the information and documents you provide. Filings that legally require certification are executed by empanelled licensed professionals. We are not a government body and we do not provide legal advice or court representation.

Your responsibilities: providing accurate, complete and timely documents. Government processing times and approvals are outside anyone’s control; turnaround figures on this site are good-faith estimates based on normal processing.

Fees: our professional fee and GST are shown before payment. Government fees, stamp duties and statutory payments are collected at actuals — receipts are shared. Prices may be revised prospectively; the price you paid is the price you pay.

Liability: our liability for any claim is limited to the professional fee paid for the specific service. We are not liable for losses caused by government delays, rejections due to incorrect information provided to us, or events beyond reasonable control.

Jurisdiction: disputes are subject to the courts of Kerala, India.
