Refund Policy

We want refund maths to be as transparent as our pricing.

Before work starts: full refund of our professional fee, no questions asked, within 7 days of payment if we haven’t begun processing.

After work starts: a proportional refund of our fee for stages not yet performed. Government fees, stamp duties and third-party charges already paid are non-refundable because the government does not refund us.

Rejections: if a government authority rejects an application due to an error on our side, we re-file at no extra professional fee. If rejection stems from information or documents provided by you, re-filing is charged at a reduced fee.

How to claim: WhatsApp or email shivajithwork@gmail.com with your order reference. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
