One Person Company (OPC) Registration

All the power of a Private Limited — built for the solo founder.

7–12 working days (subject to MCA processing)

An OPC gives a single founder limited liability and a separate legal identity, without needing a co-founder. Banks and clients treat you as a company, not a freelancer. We register it end-to-end and set up everything you need to start billing.

Questions, answered

Who can open an OPC?
Any Indian citizen resident in India, over 18. You also name one nominee who takes over if anything happens to you. A person can hold only one OPC at a time.
OPC or Private Limited — which should I pick?
Solo and want full control: OPC. Planning co-founders or investors (FDI isn’t allowed in OPCs): Private Limited. Converting OPC→Pvt Ltd later is possible — we handle that too.
Does an OPC need an auditor and annual filings?
Yes — same as a company: auditor appointment, AOC-4, MGT-7 and ITR every year. Our Complete plan covers year one.
